Liability
While we take great care in packaging and shipping, we recommend inspecting items upon delivery. Please report any damage within 48 hours of receipt.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. You will be contacted to arrange redelivery or a refund.
Redelivery Fee
If the delivery slot has been confirmed by the recipient and delivery has failed due to the recipient there will be a redelivery Fee applied.
Damages
If your items arrive damaged, please report this to the courier at the time of delivery before signing for the goods, where possible. This helps avoid any rejected damage claims.
If you are unable to check the goods during delivery, any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery in line with our policy.
