Care Instructions: Cushion covers are showerproof but need to be stood on their ends for water to drain away. All cushions should be stored away in a dry area when not in use. Cushion covers can be cleaned with soapy water and damp cloth that is not abrasive. We do not advise washing or tumble drying as this may affect the showerproof properties. Do not leave any glass items/objects on the table without mats/coasters. Do not store glass on its end during assembly; please place it on a flat surface on the carton provided. Cover glass in extreme heat as this can magnify the heat and melt wicker.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Free Shipping
Orders over £500 qualify for free 2-man delivery within the UK.
Standard Shipping Fee
£20 flat rate for orders under £500 (2-10 working days delivery).
Delivery Surcharges
Remote areas and Scottish Highlands may incur additional charges. We will notify you of any extra fees before processing your order.
Delivery Address Requirements
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
Liability
While we take great care in packaging and shipping, we recommend inspecting items upon delivery. Please report any damage within 48 hours of receipt.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. You will be contacted to arrange redelivery or a refund.
Redelivery Fee
If the delivery slot has been confirmed by the recipient and delivery has failed due to the recipient there will be a redelivery Fee applied.
Damages
If your items arrive damaged, please report this to the courier at the time of delivery before signing for the goods, where possible. This helps avoid any rejected damage claims.
If you are unable to check the goods during delivery, any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery in line with our policy.
