Delivery Information

Small to Medium Items

  • Tracking: Most orders are tracked and delivered by couriers with prior notice.
  • Access Issues: If there is no access, couriers may leave a card, leave the item with a neighbour, or place it in a secure location. It is your responsibility to follow courier instructions and rearrange delivery if needed.
  • Failed Delivery Charges: If an item is returned to us, a failed delivery charge may apply before we can rebook your item.

Large and Bulky Items

  • Booking: The Courier will confirm a delivery date with you in advance. Ensure we have your correct phone number to avoid delays.
  • Availability: You will need to be available within the time slot that the courier provides you.
  • Ground Floor Delivery: Our standard free delivery is to the ground floor only. If you need assistance with upper-floor delivery, please contact us beforehand for a quote.
  • Redelivery or Cancellation Charges: If a delivery fails due to the conditions above, redelivery or cancellation charges may apply.

Rescheduling Your Delivery

  • Free Rescheduling: If you cannot accept the delivery on the scheduled date, your local depot will contact you to reschedule at no additional charge, subject to availability.
  • Charges for Changes:

More than 3 working days before delivery: Free of charge.

1-2 working days before delivery: Administrative charge of £30 - £80, depending on item and location.

Less than 1 working day or failed delivery: Full courier charge of £80 - £150, depending on item and location.

Estimated Delivery Timeframe (ETA)

  • Official Lead Time: Our official lead time for UK mainland deliveries is 2-10 working days.
  • Cancellation Charges: If an order is cancelled after dispatch or due to an ETA deviation, handling charges may apply.

Receiving Your Delivery

  • In-Person Receipt: All deliveries must be received in person unless you provide written confirmation for drop-off at a designated location. This will release us from liability for any loss, damage, or theft.
  • Inspecting the Package: Please inspect the item carefully before signing for delivery. Any damage, minor or major, must be noted on the delivery form. Failure to do so may affect your ability to make a claim with the courier or process a return.
  • Damaged Items: If the item is significantly damaged upon delivery, you may refuse delivery. Please take photos of the damage as proof.
  • Reporting Damaged items: Please report any damages within 48 hours of receiving your goods otherwise any damage claim will be deemed invalid.
